The Yayoi Kusama Museum is a privatized museum located in Japan dedicated to the 92-year-old artist, Yayoi Kusama. The rebrand is a playful twist on the museum’s current logo, incorporating repetitive dots that are signature to Kusama’s work. The advertising campaign is inspired by Kusama’s work, with a unique headline ‘Connect the Dots’ that invites the audience into Kusama’s world to view the extensive collection of her life’s work and “connect the dots” of her story. The campaign includes 3 different variations with applications to multiple forms of media such as print, outdoor, and digital.
